Q- Are the rates available on 1-Globe net or Commissionable?
Rates viewed on 1-Globe are net and non Commissionable. As such the same can be customized as per the travel agency needs.

Q- How many suppliers are online with 1-Globe?
1-Globe sources inventory from major online aggregators such as GTA, Tourico, Travco, Allied T Pro, KUONI, Click Online, Hoteldo.com, Neon, Beckrs etc

Q- Why do rates appear in different foreign currencies for the same country?
The entire sourcing of hotel rooms and ground services are sourced from different whole sale agencies and the rates are mentioned as per there system and not configured to country specific

Q- Can we book sightseeing tours and transfers?
Yes, these services are available through the 1-Globe website.

Q- Can travel agents make group bookings online?
No, this is a FIT booking portal and can accommodate a maximum of 3 rooms per booking.

Q- Do we have to reconfirm hotels?
Once the hotel is booked, reconfirmation is mandatory as else the booking will be auto-cancelled prior to the cancellation deadline of the hotel which could be checked at the time of placing the booking request.

Q- How the payment will be made ?
Currently, we accept payments through bank transfers, Deposits made to our bank accounts along with all documents

Q- Payment will be made in which currency ?
We will accept the payment in the currency in which the booking has been created on the system as per the GOI rules.

Q- What will happen, if the hotel doesn’t provide the accommodation to the traveler?
In this case, the traveler should first contact the emergency contact number as stated on the hotel voucher and if still the problem persists, you can reach us at our 24 x 7 Customer Care Number +919711087123

Q- Can we book hotel for next day ?

No. Bookings can only be made prior to the cancellation deadline of all the hotels which in major cases is 4 days prior to check in but varies from hotel to hotel

Q- What will happen if the Travel Agent don’t make the payment within advised date by the booking office ?
Incase the payments are not credited within the agreed time frame, 1-Globe reserves the right to cancel the same with or without notice to the issuing agency and can also claim an damages if any from the security deposit of the concerned agency

Q- What will happen when there is no cancellation policy as specified by the Hotel. ?
In this case, the cancellation policy as specified by the 1-Globe will apply.

Q- What will happen if the Travel Agent wants to make the changes in the hotel booking which is already being made ?
If agent would like to reduce nights then it is possible by our booking office, but for addition of nights you have to make fresh bookings.

Q- What are the documents that are required ?
The following documents required by the Company:

  • Copy of the passport with address and visa sheets
  • Declarations and Authorizations required under FEMA
  • Copy of air ticket
  • Copy of Valid BTQ or LERMS issued by authorized money changers
Q - What are the Working hours of 1-Globe ?
We are open from 09:00 – 20:00 hours on all working days. We also have dedicated Customer Care Number which is accessible to our preferred clients 24 x 7

Q- Can the Travel Agent retrieve the old booking?
Yes, the Travel Agent can retrieve all bookings made under there ID.

Q- Can more than one operator ID’s be opened into the system ?
Yes, a Travel agent can open more than one operator accounts.

Q - Can we Pay by Credit Card ?
A – No you can’t pay by credit card right now.

Q- What kind of MIS reports Travel Agent will get ?
The Travel Agent will get the system generated MIS report which would include :
  • Information about all the bookings made by the travel agent in a period.
  • Traveler name
  • Check in and Departure dates
  • Name of the hotel
  • Purchase Price of the hotel
  • No of the rooms and the category of the room.
  • Operator information
  • Date and time of the booking
  • Information about all the live bookings, dead bookings and cancelled bookings.
  • Operator wise bookings made in the office of Travel agent.
Q- Why are there no rates mentioned on all the offline destinations ?
This site is strictly B2B and to make net rates available to all will not help the agents in selling the same. You can all ways send us the queries and we will get back to you.
